Job summary

Eaton's Corporate division is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own end-to-end executive recruitment, including leading search calls, scoping success profiles, and guiding interviews through to offer. Remote within the US is allowed; you will partner with the Global ETA Director to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for your internal clients and candidates.

Reporting to the Global ETA Director, you will drive strategic search efforts for SVP and C-suite

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience including SVP and C-suite placements.
Eaton will not sponsor employment visas for this position.

Responsibilities

Manage 10–15 executive level requisitions consistently and lead kickoff calls.
Oversee research to identify qualified candidates and build an executive talent pipeline.
Source, engage, and evaluate executive leadership candidates for leadership roles.
Design interview processes with hiring teams and coordinate schedules.
Collaborate with Executive Compensation to structure offers and negotiate terms.
Coordinate the Executive Leadership Assessment program.
Develop strong internal and external relationships across a matrixed organization.
