Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own end-to-end executive recruitment, including outreach, research, interviews, and offer management. This role can be based at Beachwood, OH or remotely within the US, collaborating with the Global ETA team to deliver top-tier talent for SVP and C-suite roles.

You will build a robust candidate network, advise hiring teams on market trends, and manage the interview process to offer acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C-suite level positions.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, O-1, TN, or other visa programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10–15 executive level requisitions consistently.
• Coordinate and lead kickoff calls for new searches with hiring teams.
• Oversee research initiatives to identify candidates and build a robust executive pipeline.
• Source, engage, and evaluate senior leaders for leadership roles.
• Guide hiring teams through the search process and design interview processes.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and collect feedback from candidates and teams.
• Collaborate with Executive Compensation to structure complex offers.
• Initiate, coordinate, and manage the Executive Leadership Assessment program.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships across a matrixed environment.
