Eaton’s Corporate division is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant. This role can be based at Eaton's Beachwood, OH location or remotely within the US.

You will own the end-to-end executive recruitment process, lead searches, build a robust talent pipeline, interview candidates, and manage offers through to acceptance. You will collaborate with compensation, shape interview processes, and advise stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive recruitment experience, including SVP and C-suite hiring.
• Experience with building executive search strategies and stakeholder advisory.
• Strong client-facing and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive recruitment process from search to offer.
• Lead and coordinate executive searches, kickoff calls, and scoping position success profiles.
• Identify talent through research, market intel, and direct sourcing; build a robust executive pipeline.
• Coach hiring teams on interview design and process, scheduling, and feedback collection.
• Partner with compensation to structure and negotiate complex offers; manage offer communications.
• Oversee Executive Leadership Assessment program and maintain trusted relationships across the matrixed organization.
