Job summary

Eaton seeks a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own end-to-end executive recruitment across the enterprise, including SVP and C-suite roles. The role partners with global ETA to deliver best-in-class hiring experiences for internal clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include leading kickoff calls, building talent pipelines, guiding interview processes, and coordinating offers with compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end executive recruitment process for 10–15 reqs consistently.
• Lead search calls, define position success profiles, and align with hiring teams.
• Oversee research to identify candidates and build an executive talent pipeline.
• Source, engage, and evaluate executive leadership candidates.
• Guide hiring teams through the interview process and coordinate scheduling.
• Collaborate with Executive Compensation on offers and communication with candidates.
• Coordinate and manage the Executive Leadership Assessment program.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships across a matrixed environment.
