Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own and drive the end-to-end executive recruitment process, with flexibility to base at Beachwood, OH or remotely within the US. The role partners with the Global ETA Director and cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience.

Responsibilities include leading senior searches, building pipelines, advising on market trends, and coordinating interview and offer processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment immigration for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end executive recruitment process from search to offer.
• Lead kickoff calls, define strategy, and align on position success profile.
• Build robust executive talent pipeline and advise stakeholders on market trends and insights.
• Coordinate interview process and lead offer communication with candidates.
