Eaton is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own the full executive recruitment lifecycle, including strategy, sourcing, interviewing, and offers for SVP and C-Suite roles. You will partner with the Global ETA Director and internal clients to deliver a best-in-class executive hiring experience.

The role emphasizes leadership advisory, market intelligence, and collaboration across a matrixed organization. Remote options within the US are supported.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience, including SVP/C-Suite level hiring.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc.).

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end executive recruitment process from kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Lead search calls and define position success profiles with hiring teams.
• Identify talent through research, market intel, and direct sourcing for executive roles.
• Evaluate leadership candidates for readiness and fit to scale the organization.
• Guide hiring teams and design interview processes; coordinate scheduling.
• Collect feedback from candidates and stakeholders; manage offer communications.
• Collaborate with Executive Compensation on complex offer packages.
• Coordinate Executive Leadership Assessment program.
• Build and maintain executive-level internal and external relationships.
