Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own the end-to-end executive recruitment process. The role may be based in Beachwood, OH or remote within the US, reporting to the Global ETA Director and partnering across the enterprise to deliver a best-in-class executive recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience; including SVP and C-suite hiring.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or provide CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/O-1/E-3/H-1B etc.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end executive recruitment process.
• Lead search calls and scoping with hiring team.
• Identify talent through research and market intelligence.
• Evaluate leadership candidates for readiness and fit.
• Guide hiring teams through interview processes and scheduling.
• Coordinate offer negotiations with Executive Compensation.
• Manage Executive Leadership Assessment program.
• Build and maintain executive talent pipeline across the enterprise.
• Deliver best-in-class recruitment experience for internal clients and candidates.
