Eaton is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own end-to-end executive recruitment across the enterprise, based in Beachwood, OH or remote within the US. You will lead research, candidate interviews, and offer negotiations while partnering with executive compensation and cross-functional teams.

You will drive strategy, build talent pipelines, and advise hiring teams on market trends and availability to secure top-tier leadership talent for Eaton’s global organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.

Mansioni

• Manage 10–15 executive level reqs consistently; lead kickoff calls and alignment on position success profile.
• Oversee research initiatives to identify qualified candidates and build an executive talent pipeline.
• Source, engage, and evaluate executive leadership candidates for leadership competencies and organizational scale.
• Guide hiring teams through the process, using data to understand market challenges and talent gaps.
• Coordinate interview processes and offer communications with candidates; collaborate with compensation.
