Job summary

Eaton’s Corporate division seeks a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own end-to-end executive recruitment. You will lead searches, scope position success profiles, and identify top executive talent, driving the process from initial calls through offer acceptance.

Based in the US remotely or in Beachwood, OH, you will partner with the ETA Director and cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience, building pipelines and advising stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT or other visa programs for this position.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end executive recruitment process.
• Lead searches and kickoff calls, determine strategy and alignment on position success profile with hiring team.
• Oversee research to identify qualified candidates and build robust executive talent pipelines.
• Source, engage, and evaluate executive leadership candidates for leadership readiness and organizational scale.
• Partner with hiring teams to design interview processes and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Collect and disseminate feedback from candidates and hiring teams and collaborate with Executive Compensation on offers.
• Initiate and manage the Executive Leadership Assessment program and build trusted relationships across the matrix.
