Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive consulting or business experience.
• Compensation consulting experience required; strong data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets and timelines.
• Lead team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts and consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations, and client-ready reports.
• Oversee deliverables for junior staff, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Act as a primary client liaison and anticipate client needs.
• Guide junior associates in methods, tools, and research approaches.
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery meetings and align with client initiatives.
