SullivanCotter, a leader in executive workforce advisory services, is seeking a seasoned consultant to manage engagements in compensation strategy, governance, and pay-for-performance programs. The role emphasizes client liaison, analytics, and delivering data-driven insights.

The position requires 7–10 years of consulting experience, a business-related degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. It offers a remote-first model within our national coverage and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in finance/economics/statistics/mathematics/accounting/health care admin
• Must have compensation consulting experience
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience with data analysis, financial modeling, program design or compensation administration
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and client communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large/complex projects within budgets and timelines
• Manage team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts/consultants
• Prepare work plans, presentations and reports addressing client needs
• Oversee junior associates’ deliverables for accuracy and quality
• Act as a key client liaison and attend meetings
• Share knowledge with junior staff on tools, processes and methodologies
• Develop and implement templates, tools and processes to improve productivity
• Lead client delivery team meetings as appropriate
