Job summary

SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant to support our Executive Workforce Services Practice in a remote role across the United States.

You will manage client engagements focused on compensation programs, governance, and leadership strategy, coordinating with clients and senior team members to deliver high-quality results. Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of compensation consulting, strong data analysis and financial modeling skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; finance/economics preferred
• Must have compensation consulting experience
• 7–10 years of consulting or related experience in data analysis and modeling
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and projects within established budgets
• Oversee deliverables and ensure quality and timeliness
• Act as client liaison and build relationships
• Lead junior staff and share knowledge of tools and methodologies
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity
