SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Executive Compensation consultant for our Executive Workforce Services practice.

This remote role supports clients nationwide and focuses on developing and administering executive compensation programs, market pricing, and governance considerations. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and Excel/PowerPoint skills, with experience in financial modeling and client delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration.
• One to five years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients.
• Three to five years of related analytical experience involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Solid technical knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic programming a plus.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations affecting health care clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to tailor communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop/ administer programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct job evaluations and recommend internal placement.
• Perform market pricing, peer analysis, and financial modeling.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and titles.
• Identify data issues and advise clients to resolve obstacles.
• Keep project manager informed on status and deadlines.
• Assist with report writing and proposals for objectives, methodologies, results.
• Mentor junior associates in research, data collection, and analytics.
• Participate in client meetings to understand initiatives.
• Establish client relationships and be a key contact for inquiries.
• Shadow managers at client meetings as requested.
