SullivanCotter, Inc. is seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant for a fully remote, experienced role. You will lead and execute advisory services, collaborate with client teams, and translate market data into actionable recommendations.

The position requires a business degree and 1–5 years of consulting experience, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; travel is limited and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 1–5 years of direct client consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience in data analysis and modeling.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; basic programming a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive compensation consulting and administer programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct job evaluations and advise on placement and titles.
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses, and financial modeling.
• Interpret data to set compensation levels for executive roles.
• Mentor junior associates in research, data collection, and analytics.
• Attend client meetings to understand initiatives and communicate progress.
• Develop reports and proposals detailing objectives, methods, and results.
