SullivanCotter is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to join the Executive Workforce Services Practice. This is a full-time remote role with state coverage in AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX and WI.

You will guide compensation programs, develop data-driven insights, and lead multi-project engagements while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables through best practices and advanced analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or healthcare administration.
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive consulting/business-related experience involving data analysis and modeling.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint technical skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data, guide junior staff and present findings clearly.

• Manage client engagements within budgets and monitor progress against plan.
• Oversee productivity and delegation to analysts and junior consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations, and client-ready reports.
• Lead development of deliverables and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Serve as a client liaison and proactively address needs and questions.
• Act as SME for junior staff, sharing tools, processes and methodologies.
• Develop and implement templates and processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery meetings to align on initiatives.
