SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced executive compensation consultant for a remote role supporting clients across the United States.

The position focuses on developing and administering compensation programs, market pricing, and advisory services with a strong emphasis on data-driven analysis and client communication. Candidates should have 1–5 years of consulting experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration
• One to five years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients
• Three to five years of related analytical experience required involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design
• Compensation consulting experience preferred
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming experience is a plus
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to determine data analytic approaches based on project tasks and client requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to tailor communications and present findings clearly
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team, adaptable to change

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs
• Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding client compensation issues
• Conduct executive job evaluations and analyze responsibilities to recommend placement
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting compensation data, financial modeling, and special research projects
• Identify data issues and consult with clients to determine the best course of action
• Keep the project manager apprised of status and deadlines
• Assist with complex report and proposal writing describing objectives and results
• Serve as a peer reviewer and mentor of technical knowledge
• Establish client relationships and act as a key contact for inquiries
• Shadow project and client relationship managers at meetings
