Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business; emphasis in finance/economics/stats/math/accounting/health care admin.
• Compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of related consulting/ business experience with data analysis and modeling.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coaching and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets and timelines.
• Monitor project status and intervene to keep quality and deliverables on track.
• Oversee team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts/consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and client reports.
• Act as key client liaison and build client relationships.
• Guide junior associates in research, data collection and analytics.
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery meetings to align team and client initiatives.
