SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced compensation consultant to manage engagements within budgets and timelines, mentor junior staff, and serve as a primary liaison with clients. The role focuses on executive compensation, governance, and leadership strategy for health care clients.

Strong data analysis, modeling, and communication skills are essential. You will lead delivery teams and contribute to market benchmarking, regulatory compliance, and pay-for-performance strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting experience.
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations impacting health care clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engagements within budgets and timelines.
• Oversee junior associates' work for accuracy and quality.
• Act as a primary client liaison and proactive advisor.
• Lead project work plans, analyses and client-ready deliverables.
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead and participate in client delivery meetings.
