Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration
• Must have compensation consulting experience
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience, involving data analysis, financial modeling, program design and/or compensation program administration
• Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing, verbal and presentation skills
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of laws and regulations impacting health care clients
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with ability to work in a changing organization
• Able to lead teams and mentor juniors
• Intellectually curious with commitment to continuous learning

Aufgaben

• Manage small engagements and portions of large and/or complex projects within budgets and timelines, keeping the client relationship manager apprised of status
• Manage team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts and consultants based on skills and deadlines
• Prepare comprehensive work plans, presentations and reports to address client needs
• Oversee the development of project deliverables by junior associates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Act as a key client liaison, building relationships and anticipating client needs
• Serve as the subject matter expert for junior associates, guiding them in research, data collection and analytics
• Develop and implement tools, templates, processes and methodologies to improve productivity and quality
• Lead and participate in client delivery meetings to understand initiatives
