SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant to join our Executive Workforce Services Practice.

You will design and implement compensations programs, conduct market pricing, and advise on governance and leadership strategy across healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. The role requires strong data analytics, client-facing skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation design.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business; finance/economics/statistics preferred.
• 1–5 years of progressive client-facing consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience: data analysis, financial modeling, and presentations.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Solid Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills; basic programming a plus.
