Job summary

Rivian in the Bay Area is seeking a Sales Advisor IV to own the full customer relationship from lead to close. You will educate customers across in-person interactions, demo drives, phone, text, and email to deliver a high-touch purchase experience that mirrors Rivian’s values.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self-motivated, and use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to qualify and convert opportunities, collaborating closely with the team to drive satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields; premium brands or automotive experience a plus.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Experience succeeding in a fast-paced start-up environment with continuous iteration and changes.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other KPIs.
• Ensure customer experience at your location(s) is best-in-class and aligned with Rivian’s values.
• Engage and qualify Rivian customers and identify their needs to drive conversion.
• Maintain and share product knowledge to guide customers in decision-making.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch, responsive service.
• Engage and support customers through order confirmation and follow-ups to drive conversion.
