Job summary

Rivian is hiring a Sales Advisor IV in the Bay Area to lead the full customer journey from lead qualification to close. You will educate customers across in-person, demo drives, phone, text, and email channels, while delivering a personalized purchase experience that reflects Rivian’s brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in sales, retail, hospitality or similar; premium brands and consumer models valued.
• Must be 21+ with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in high-velocity, commission-based sales and startup environments.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, to manage pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other KPIs (demo drives, pipeline, conversion, take rate on trade-ins, finance, NPS).
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at locations; authentic, engaging, educated, aligned with Rivian values.
• Engage and qualify Rivian customers to create personalized experiences driving conversion and satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, benefits, and community stories to guide decisions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch, responsive service.
• Handle order confirmations, follow-ups, and drive conversion through the funnel.
