Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV to join our field sales team in Rocklin, CA. You will manage the customer relationship from lead to close, deliver a personalized purchase experience, and educate customers across in-person, demo drives, phone, text, and email.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle with commissions.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at the location.
• Engage and qualify Rivian customers to create personalized experiences.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and services to guide customer decisions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch service.
• Support and motivate teammates with clear direction and feedback.
