Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields in premium roles.
• Proven track record in high-velocity, commission-based sales.
• Experience succeeding in a fast-paced startup environment with iteration.
• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to travel to support events and launches.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to operate large, high-performance vehicles.
• Team or independent work capability.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at the location.
• Qualify Rivian customers and identify needs to drive conversion.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and benefits.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline with long-term relationships.
• Support customers through order confirmation and stages of the sales process.
• Host and support retail activations and events to generate demand.
• Solicit customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on auto/EV landscape and competitive trends.
• Share best practices with teammates to foster learning and success.
• Perform location opening/closing duties and daily recaps.
• Provide direction and feedback to teammates.
• Resolve customer escalations promptly and communicate issues to teams.
• Report business trends to leadership with recommendations.
