Job summary

Rivian in the United States is seeking a Sales Advisor IV to join our field sales team, building relationships with prospective customers and guiding them from lead to close with a personalized purchase experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields; strong customer focus.
• Proven track record in fast-paced, commission-based sales environments.
• CRM experience required; ability to learn Rivian systems quickly.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience at Rivian locations.
• Qualify customers, manage pipeline, and drive conversion to purchase.
• Educate customers on Rivian products and services; support events and activations.
