Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields; premium brands and/or automotive experience a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Experience succeeding in a fast-paced startup environment with iteration and change.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability and willingness to travel to support events/new market launches.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at your location.
• Engage and qualify Rivian customers to create personalized experiences.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and services to guide decisions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers through order confirmation and multiple stages to drive conversion.
• Host retail activations and events to generate demand and connect with the Rivian community.
• Capture feedback to identify improvements and pain points.
• Stay informed about EV industry trends to articulate Rivian value.
