Job summary

Allegion, based in Columbus, OH, seeks a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst to support the Americas back-office ERP ecosystem, covering core modules such as GL/AP/AR, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and MRP. You translate business needs into practical ERP solutions and partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT teams to drive value.

You will lead governance for sustaining initiatives, manage incidents and changes, and evaluate automation opportunities while aligning with enterprise

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in ERP support, enterprise platforms, or related roles.
Hands-on ERP experience across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Experience with production support, incidents, and change management.
Familiarity with data concepts and SQL for issue investigation.
Knowledge of SOX, data security, and ERP controls.

Responsibilities

Evolve ERP sustaining and support strategy across core modules.
Lead incident, problem, and change management for back-office systems.
Collaborate with Platform Delivery and Enterprise Architecture.
Support M&A initiatives and ERP integrations.
Deliver executive communications tying tech tradeoffs to business value.
