Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst to support Americas IT, focusing on ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. You will translate business needs into sustainable ERP plans and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and standardized practices.

You will guide incident/problem/change management, evaluate automation opportunities, and work across Platform Delivery, Enterprise Architecture and Security to reduce risk and enable steady operations.

Qualifications

5+ years in ERP support and enterprise platforms for back‑office systems.
Experience with ERP platforms (Microsoft D365 F&O, AX2012, Oracle 11i) and integrations.
Strong process knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement.
Ability to drive governance, intake, and support practices in large programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic technology partner translating requirements into actionable plans.
Own ERP sustaining and support strategy across core modules and middleware integrations.
Lead incident/problem/change management for back‑office systems with clear SLAs.
Identify inefficiencies, technical debt, and scalable remediation with cross‑functional teams.
Establish intake, prioritization, and governance for sustaining initiatives.
Evaluate automation/AI options and align with policy and business value.
Lead proofs of concept and pilots for new tools and automation approaches.
Coordinate cross‑functional delivery and vendor engagements for ERP products.
