Allegion is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst for America’s IT to partner with back-office stakeholders and steer ERP sustainment across core modules. You’ll translate complex business needs into actionable technical plans, manage incidents, and drive improvements in automation and data quality.

Bring 5+ years in ERP support, strong SQL and D365 F&O experience, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading ERP support or enterprise platforms in large-scale environments.
• Experience with major ERP platforms (D365 F&O, Oracle, AX) and integration tech.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing processes.
• Proven governance, prioritization and incident/change management.

Responsabilités

• Translate business objectives into practical ERP sustainment plans with clear SLAs.
• Own and evolve ERP sustaining and support strategies across core modules and integrations.
• Lead incident/problem/change management for back-office systems.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive scalable remediation with stakeholders.
