Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst for Americas IT to lead ERP sustaining and support across core back-office modules. You will translate business needs into practical IT solutions, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to drive stability and efficiency.

Candidates should bring 5+ years in ERP support, enterprise platforms, or related leadership roles, with strong knowledge of D365, AX2012, Oracle, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP platforms and integration technologies experience.
• Strong understanding of Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Warehouse processes.
• Experience establishing governance, intake, and support practices.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and incident/change management.
• SQL and data concepts exposure; SOX/compliance awareness.
• Ability to mentor and scale a function over time.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP sustaining and support strategy across GL/AP/AR, Fixed Assets, O2C, P2P, Inventory, MRP/MPS, and related integrations.
• Act as a business-facing technical consultant for incident, problem, and change management.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and drive scalable remediation.
• Establish intake, prioritization, and governance for sustaining initiatives with clear value.
• Evaluate automation, AI capabilities and decide when to use embedded ERP features vs external tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Platform Delivery, EA, Security, Data, and Procurement.
