Job summary

Allegion, a global security company, seeks a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst – America’s IT to drive ERP sustaining and support across ERP modules. You will translate business objectives into practical IT plans for Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, and more, partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities include governance of incident/problem/change, evaluating automation and AI capabilities, and supporting M&A efforts while ensuring security and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP support and back-office systems experience.
• Hands-on with major ERP platforms (D365 F&O, AX2012, Oracle 11i) and integration techs.
• Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Warehouse processes in ERP.
• Experience with incident/problem/change governance and post-incident remediation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into practical, repeatable IT solutions across ERP platforms.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management for back-office systems with clear success criteria.
• Collaborate with Platform Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Data teams to reduce downtime and optimize processes.
• Support M&A activities and carve-in/carve-out planning for ERP impacts and data migration.
