Job summary
Allegion is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst - America’s IT to support ERP sustaining and back‑office systems across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procure‑to‑Pay. You will translate business needs into practical ERP solutions and partner with stakeholders to drive reliable, scalable platforms.
With 5+ years in ERP support and hands‑on experience with D365 F&O, AX2012, Oracle 11i, you’ll leverage SQL and ServiceNow, reinforce SOX/compliance, and shape incident‑to‑change
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ERP support, enterprise platforms, or related leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms (D365 F&O, AX2012, Oracle 11i) and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Warehouse processes.
- Proven governance for incident/problem/change and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Experience with production support tooling, monitoring, SLAs, and RCA.
- Knowledge of SOX/compliance and data security controls in ERP environments.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to work with data teams to investigate issues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic technology partner to back-office stakeholders and translate requirements into clear solution direction.
- Own and evolve ERP sustaining and support strategies across core modules and integrations.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management with measurable success criteria and SLAs.
- Identify and remediate inefficiencies, reduce recurring incidents, and address technical debt.
- Establish intake, governance, and prioritization for sustaining initiatives with transparency.
- Evaluate automation opportunities and advise on embedded ERP features vs external tools.
- Lead proofs of concept and pilots for new tools or automation approaches.
- Coordinate cross-functional work with Platform Delivery, EA, Security, Data, DevOps, Procurement, and business owners.
