Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst for the Americas IT to support ERP sustaining and back-office systems across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procure‑to‑Pay. You will translate business needs into practical, scalable ERP solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and automation.

The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership, incident management, and driving long-term platform strategy while aligning with security and governance

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms (D365 F&O, AX2012, Oracle) and integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Warehouse processes.
• Ability to establish governance, prioritization, intake, and support practices.
• Experience with production support tooling, monitoring, SLAs, on-call processes, RCA.
• Knowledge of data concepts related to ERP; SQL proficiency and collaboration with data teams.
• Familiarity with SOX, data security, and ERP controls.
• Capable to operate as high-impact individual contributor and mentor later.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic technology partner translating objectives into actionable plans.
• Own and evolve ERP sustaining and support strategies across core modules and integrations.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management with clear success criteria.
• Identify and resolve system inefficiencies and technical debt.
• Establish intake, prioritization, governance for sustaining initiatives.
• Evaluate technology solutions and advise on ERP features vs external tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional work to reduce delivery risks.
• Support vendor evaluations, contracts, escalations, and renewals.
• Support M&A and carve-in/carve-out planning.
• Produce executive communications linking tradeoffs to business value.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP support, enterprise platforms, or related roles.
