Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst for Americas IT to drive sustaining and support across ERP platforms, orchestrating back-office processes. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement to translate business needs into concrete ERP solutions.

You will lead incident/change management, assess automation opportunities, and guide governance for sustaining releases, aiming to reduce risk and improve operations across the Americas region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ERP/back-office experience in supporting core business processes.
• Hands-on ERP knowledge (D365 F&O, AX2012, Oracle 11i) and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement processes.
• Experience with incident/problem/change governance and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with data teams; SOX/compliance awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to mentor and scale the function over time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic technology partner to Americas back-office stakeholders and translate needs into actionable plans.
• Own and evolve ERP sustaining and support strategy across modules and integrations.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management for back-office systems with defined SLAs.
• Identify inefficiencies and tech debt; propose scalable remediation and stabilization.
• Establish intake, prioritization, and governance for sustaining initiatives.
• Evaluate automation and AI capabilities; advise ERP vs external tools in line with policy.
• Lead proofs of concept and pilots for new tools and automation approaches.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Platform Delivery, EA, Security, Data, DevOps, Procurement.
• Support vendor evaluations, renewals, and align with procurement and architecture.
• Support M&A carve-in/carve-out planning and ERP impact assessments.
• Produce executive communications linking tradeoffs to business value.
