Allegion, a global leader in safety and security, seeks a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst for America’s IT to drive ERP sustenance across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement. This role translates complex business needs into actionable ERP solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain enterprise standards.

You will lead governance, incident management, and automation discussions, ensuring scalable, compliant operations while supporting

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in ERP support, enterprise platforms, or related leadership roles.
• Experience with production support tooling and incident management (RCA, SLAs).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business objectives into clear solution directions for back-office systems.
• Evolve ERP sustaining and support strategy across core modules (GL/AP/AR, OA).
• Lead incident, problem, and change management with clear criteria and SLAs.
• Identify inefficiencies and guide remediation to reduce downtime and risk.
• Establish governance for sustaining initiatives and maintain visibility into value.
• Evaluate automation/AI capabilities and advise on ERP vs external tools.
• Lead proofs of concept for new sustaining tools and automation.
• Coordinate with Platform Delivery, EA, Security, Data, DevOps, Procurement.
• Assist vendor evaluations and contract discussions for ERP products.
• Support M&A planning by assessing ERP impacts on processes and data.
• Produce executive communications linking tradeoffs to business impact.
