Allegion is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst to support Americas IT, focusing on ERP sustainment, back-office systems, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. You will translate business needs into technical plans, drive improvements, and ensure adherence to enterprise standards while partnering with platform delivery, security, and data teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ERP support, enterprise platforms, or related leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Microsoft D365 F&O, Microsoft Dynamics AX2012, Oracle 11i) and integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Warehouse processes.
• Experience in incident/problem/change governance; ServiceNow; SLAs; on-call processes.
• Knowledge of data concepts (master data, interfaces, data quality) and SQL with data teams.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and data security controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic technology partner to Americas back-office stakeholders, translating objectives into actionable plans.
• Own and evolve the ERP sustaining and support strategy across core modules and integrations.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management for back-office systems with clear success criteria and SLAs.
• Coordinate with Platform Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data, and DevOps to reduce downtime risk.
• Support vendor evaluations, contract discussions, and alignment with procurement and enterprise architecture.
