Job summary

The Senior Technical Solutions Analyst – America’s IT at Allegion will support the core back-office application strategy across the Americas technology ecosystem. You translate business objectives into clear ERP solutions for Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and more, partnering with stakeholders to align with enterprise standards and long-term platform strategy.

Responsibilities include leading incident, problem and change management, enabling scalable remediation, and guiding automation,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in ERP support, enterprise platforms, or related leadership roles.
Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms (D365 F&O, AX2012, Oracle 11i) and integrations.
Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement processes.
Proven governance, intake, incident/problem/change practices for complex workstreams.
Experience with production support tooling (ServiceNow) and data concepts.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the ERP sustaining and support strategy across core modules.
Lead incident, problem, and change management with clear success criteria and SLAs.
Identify and remediate inefficiencies; recommend scalable, future-proof improvements.
Establish intake and governance for sustaining initiatives with value visibility.
Advise on automation/AI use and manage ERP feature vs. external tools decisions.
Coordinate cross-functional work with Platform Delivery, EA, Security, Data, DevOps, Procurement.
