Job summary

Intermountain Health in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks a Senior IT Analyst specialized in Epic MyChart and Patient Experience to lead build and configuration, test result release, proxy access, activation, and eCheck-in workflows. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in IT, healthcare, business, or related field.
Or actively pursuing a Bachelor's with nine years of professional experience.
Four years of related work experience required or progressing toward degree.
Epic certifications required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

Document and recommend workflow changes and designs needed to support business requirements.
Partner with external vendors for third-party applications integration, support, and troubleshooting.
Resolve incidents and problems according to service levels and standards.
Serve as PM for mid-size projects with multiple teams.
Develop and maintain testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and data integrity.
