Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare, or business
- Epic certification preferred or required
- Four years of work experience in healthcare IT or related areas
Responsibilities
- Documents and recommends workflow changes and functional designs to support business requirements
- Partners with external vendors for third-party applications including integration, implementation, support and troubleshooting
- Serves as PM for mid-size projects with multiple teams
- Develops and executes comprehensive testing plans and scripts
- Participates in training material development for end-users and peers
- Oversees configuration of hardware with software products to meet client specifications
