Job summary

Qualifications

• Epic certifications and/or active pursuit are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize patient-facing Epic MyChart workflows.
• Provide advanced technical support, integration, and maintenance for healthcare applications.
• Lead mid-size projects, mentor colleagues, and develop best practices for deployment and support.
• Collaborate with operations, privacy, HIM, and vendors to resolve issues.
