Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Epic MyChart and the Patient Experience suite, focusing on build/configuration, test results release, proxy access, activation, and eCheck-in workflows. The role collaborates with Compliance, Privacy, HIM, and clinical ops to align patient access decisions.

Responsibilities include vendor coordination, project management for mid-size initiatives, and development of testing plans.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Experience in Epic MyChart and patient experience workflows is preferred.
• Ability to plan, configure, and maintain healthcare applications and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical/functional designs.
• Partners with external vendors for third-party applications integration and support.
• Solves incidents and problems according to SLAs and standards.
• Performs project management for mid-size initiatives with multiple teams.
• Develops training materials and supports knowledge sharing.
