Job summary

Intermountain Health in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to support Epic MyChart and the Patient Experience suite. The role serves as a build and configuration owner for MyChart questionnaires, test results release, proxy access, activation, and eCheck-in workflows, collaborating with clinical operations, Compliance, Privacy, and HIM on patient access decisions.

This position is fully remote with some on-site presence required yearly, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business or related field.
• Epic MyChart certification is required.
• Four (4) years of related work experience or equivalent with degree.
• Experience with PM and stakeholder coordination is expected.

Responsibilities

• Documents and recommends workflow changes and designs to support requirements.
• Partner with external vendors for integration, implementation and support.
• Resolve incidents and problems according to SLAs and standards.
• Serve as PM for mid-size projects with multiple teams.
• Perform quality review of team builds and documentation.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders; follow change management standards.
• Develop training and knowledge materials for end users and team members.
• Oversee configuration of hardware with software to meet client specs.
• Develop and understand business reporting needs for end users.
• Participate in on-call and command center responsibilities.
