Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Senior Analyst for Epic MyChart and Patient Experience applications in a fully remote role with occasional on-site presence. You will own build/configuration, support patient access and consent decisions, and coordinate with clinical operations, Privacy, and HIM.

Responsibilities include leading mid-size projects, developing testing plans, mentoring peers, and ensuring compliant, efficient workflows across MyChart questionnaires, test results release, and eCheck-in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field is required.
Epic MyChart certification or pursuit is preferred.
Experience with Epic MyChart questionnaires and test results release is desired.
Strong collaboration with clinical operations, Privacy, and HIM is expected.

Responsibilities

Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical designs to support business requirements.
Partners with external vendors for integration/implementation, support, and troubleshooting.
Manages mid-size projects and serves as PM for cross-team initiatives.
Develops and executes testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and integrity.
Mentors peers and contributes to best practices for configuration and deployment.
Participates in training creation and knowledge-sharing materials.
