Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Epic MyChart and the Patient Experience application suite, optimizing patient-facing digital experiences. You will own build/configuration of MyChart workflows, assist with test results release, proxy access, and activation, and collaborate with clinical ops, Compliance, Privacy, and HIM on access decisions.
Remote role with on-site presence required yearly; you may engage in on-call duties and are expected to mentor junior analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in IT, healthcare, business or related field.
- Epic MyChart certification preferred.
- Experience with MyChart questionnaires and test results release is a plus.
- Ability to manage small to mid-size IT projects and mentor teammates.
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows and patient access/privacy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Document and design workflow changes to support business needs.
- Partner with vendors for third-party integrations and support.
- Resolve incidents per service levels and standards.
- Serve as PM for mid-size projects with multiple teams.
- Develop and maintain testing plans and scripts for system validation.
- Engage with stakeholders to define project objectives and ROI KPIs.
