Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to support Epic MyChart and patient experience workflows. The role focuses on build, configuration, test results release, proxy access, activation, and eCheck‑in, partnering with clinical ops, Privacy, and HIM.
It is fully remote with periodic on-site presence, Monday‑Friday, 8AM‑5PM, in a remote-friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have Epic MyChart certifications, MyChart questionnaire expertise, and experience with system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field is required.
- Four years of work experience in the related areas or equivalent education/experience.
- Epic applications certification is required or will be pursued.
Responsibilities
- Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical designs.
- Partners with external vendors for third‑party apps integration and support.
- Solves incidents and problems per SLAs and standards.
- Acts as PM for mid‑size projects with multiple teams.
- Develops testing plans and verifies system outputs and integrity.
- Mentors analysts and helps develop best practices and standards.
