Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a senior IT analyst to support Epic MyChart and Patient Experience applications, guiding build, configuration, and releases. The role focuses on patient-facing digital experiences, consent decisions, and proxy access, with federal and privacy considerations.

Fully remote with periodic on-site requirements yearly; standard 40-hour weeks. Must coordinate with clinical ops, compliance, HIM, and privacy teams to ensure compliant patient access and eCheck-in workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of work experience in related areas; Epic certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents and recommends workflow changes and designs to support business requirements.
• Partners with external vendors for third-party applications integration/maintenance.
• Resolve incidents and problems per service levels and standards.
• Serve as PM for mid-size projects with multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain testing plans and scripts.
