Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Epic certification preferred.
• Two years of work experience in a related area or pursuing a bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage small projects related to these applications and maintain certifications as needed.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision and follow standard procedures.
• Diagnose problems, gather requirements, and translate them into design/technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and teammates to implement solutions.
• Develop training materials and assist end users in knowledge transfer.
