CoVolt Power AHV is seeking a very experienced EPC Planner for Utility-Scale Solar Projects. The role demands leadership with a proven track record and site-based responsibilities to ensure timely completion and quality.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain project plans, coordinate with procurement, field operations, and subcontractors, and manage resource loading, with rotations on site as required. Strong scheduling and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 10 years’ experience in EPC construction; utility-scale solar experience a plus.
• Experience working with owner representatives and subcontractors.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI.

Aufgaben

• Own the overall Plan of the Project.
• Understand daily/weekly/90-day lookaheads for resources, materials and permits.
• Monitor quantities and productivity for forecasting.
• Contribute to cost/revenue forecast.
• Anticipate barriers and reallocate resources to stay on track.
• Manage critical path and construction sequencing across disciplines.
