Job summary

CoVolt Power, a leading utility-scale EPC, seeks an experienced Construction/Project Manager to direct solar, BESS, and high-voltage construction. You will manage field teams, coordinate with project engineers and safety managers, and ensure delivery from notice to proceed to client acceptance.

Strong leadership and safety focus are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 5–10 years of large-scale project experience in energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–10 years of construction management on large commercial/industrial/energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead solar energy project construction from notice to proceed through final acceptance.
• Oversee Superintendents and supervise roads, foundations, HV electrical works, substations, solar arrays, and wind turbine erection at the site.
• Coordinate project execution with the PM team and ensure work meets design, budget, and schedule.
