Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a highly experienced EPC Planner for utility-scale solar projects. The role requires leadership, a proven track record in EPC planning, and collaboration with procurement, operations, and project controls teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in EPC planning or project management, strong scheduling proficiency (Primavera P6), and experience with Power BI and MS 365. On-site role with rotations and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPC planning/PM experience required.
• Experience working with owner representatives and subcontractors.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Plan of the Project and 3-week and 90-Day lookahead for materials, people, and equipment.
• Actively forecast resources and costs; adjust plan to prevent delays.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Subcontractors, and Field Operations to align schedules.
• Optimize construction sequences to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Align energization and commissioning plans with Mechanical Completion dates and contractual requirements.
